Do all systems of Wing Chun have the tri pole kicking form? I learned from previous posts that not everyone uses the rattan rings so I was wondering if there are other training drills that are different. Also, in one of the pictures of Sifu Leungs school I saw a wooden apparatus of some type that had what appeared to be an arm that moved up and down. Could someone tell me what that is?
