Hello, Please
be patient as I know virtually nothing about the martial arts aside
from what I've seen in the old Bruce Lee movies.
Over this
past year, life has been bittersweet. Am recovering from an injury
that tormented me for years. And as of lately I've been thru an
emotional wringer. In the years past, people who noticed how
flexible I was have recomended that I take up a form of self
defense. But, only recently have I actually considered a form of
martial arts as a way of becoming better balanced on many levels, as
well as a workout to relieve stress.
One question I do have
that I wish to ask about your system is based on what little I do
know of martial arts.
How is your system similar or
different from Jeet Kune Do and what are the advantages and
disadvantages?
